The Belgian national team coach attacked the German organization of the European Cup, Euro 2024, after his last match against the Ukraine national team, which ended in a goalless draw.
Italian coach Domenico Tedesco appeared angry in the press conference that followed the team's last match.
Tedesco criticized the poor organization and the delay in the arrival of his country's team bus to the match stadium.
Devils coach angry
Tedesco said: “Our trip from the hotel to the stadium took a full hour, even though the German police accompanied us.”
He added: "The streets were completely empty, but the Edge continued to drive at an incredible speed of 20 km per hour. We stopped at every red light, despite the police accompanying us."
He pointed out angrily: “When we arrived, I was only able to talk to my team for two minutes, and we had to reduce the warm-up time before the match.”
Belgium tied the match with Ukraine 0-0, and was forced to settle for second place in the group, which means facing the favorites, France, on Monday evening.
