Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Ahmed Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah discussed with the Ambassador of the friendly People's Republic of China to the country, Zhang Jianwei, aspects of strategic cooperation between the two friendly countries.
The Ministry of Defense said in a press statement that Sheikh Ahmed Al-Fahd received Ambassador Jianoy at Seif Palace yesterday, Tuesday, in the presence of Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
She added that during the meeting, cooperation between the two countries and the progress and development it is witnessing were discussed to reach more comprehensive levels that serve the common interests of both sides.
She stated that views were also exchanged on many issues and topics of common interest.
